Open the Skills Catalog and find your skill.

Each Skill is loaded into your Claude Teams project. You type the trigger phrase — Claude loads the skill and runs it. The catalog tells you who owns each skill, what triggers it, and what it produces. Carlos co-builds with you the first time; after that, the trigger is your contract.
