Builder
Build New Workflows
You see an automation that doesn't exist yet. You want to build it. Carlos co-builds.
You are here if
- You've owned a Sunrise skill end-to-end for 30+ days at L3
- You can describe a workflow precisely enough that someone else could build it
- You want to turn an idea into a sanctioned workflow (not just a one-off chat)
Bring this to your co-build
Skill Spec — fill this out first
A skill is just a workflow written down precisely enough that Claude can run it the same way every time. Answer these five before your session — the clearer the answers, the faster it ships.
- Goal — what does this workflow accomplish, in one sentence?
- Trigger — what phrase will you type to kick it off?
- Steps — how do you do it today, step by step?
- Output — what does Claude hand back, and in what format?
- Data & audience — where does the input live (RentManager, a Sheet, an email), and who else sees the output?

What comes after Level 4
You're a builder when…
- You've shipped a working skill that someone else now owns at L3
- You can teach someone else to interview their AI and build their own skill
- You see automation opportunities across departments — not just your own
At that point Sunrise's AI capability isn't living on Carlos's desk anymore — it lives in your team. That's the whole point.
