Skill Spec — fill this out first

A skill is just a workflow written down precisely enough that Claude can run it the same way every time. Answer these five before your session — the clearer the answers, the faster it ships.

Goal — what does this workflow accomplish, in one sentence?
Trigger — what phrase will you type to kick it off?
Steps — how do you do it today, step by step?
Output — what does Claude hand back, and in what format?
Data & audience — where does the input live (RentManager, a Sheet, an email), and who else sees the output?
