Two libraries of Claude Teams Skills: Sunrise Workflow Skills (sanctioned automations owned by a named operator — the Level 3 toolbox) and Expert Knowledge Skills (domain expertise any Sunrise associate can summon by topic). Both work the same way: invoke them by description in your Claude Teams project and Claude loads the relevant skill.

How a skill becomes "Live"
Each skill moves through five status stages, mirroring the Q2 Adoption Gap milestones:
- Planned — Owner committed; skill not yet drafted.
- Co-building — Carlos and owner co-author the skill markdown; first deploy to the owner's Claude Teams project.
- Shadow run — Owner observes Carlos running it end-to-end; owner has the skill loaded but Carlos drives.
- Live — Owner runs solo at least once; tracker starts the 30-day Unassisted clock.
- Unassisted 30d — Owner ran the skill solo for 30 consecutive days with ≤2 escalation pings (per AUP §6.3). Rock 2 success criterion.
All skills here are sanctioned workflows per AUP §4.4 — they're listed in the sanctioned workflows registry with their accountable manager.
